The room was pretty clean but you know when you're looking at a sloppy paint job that's one thing I was smoking outside the room and one of the employees kind of gave me a hard time about it and saying oh they could take your deposit away if the smoke smoke blowing in there don't entirely agree with that statement. The breakfast was less than desirable. You could have a waffle or cereal or oatmeal. With a sausage patty which was cold. It was conveniently located to the hospital that we were needing to go to and they did give us a hospital rate.
The rooms are clean, 4 thick towels because so many places give you two towels. 55inch TV!! This is a very decent room for the price. Most importantly it smells nice!! I'll definitely be back.
They are the best around. The GM, she’s an absolute doll. We been coming here off and on recently and it’s never a bad experience. Personable, clean hotel, great experience. I highly recommend.
Friendly and professional front desk employees & owners, they take pride in their hotel. Lovely lobby & breakfast/coffee area. Clean rooms and nice updated interior. Beds & pillows super comfy! Free parking and on the main road (SW13th). Easy drive in and out.
This place was great! Remodeled rooms, clean beds, and hardwood floors were a plus for my dog. Breakfast was fantastic, though it ended a bit early at 9 am. I'll definitely be staying there again when I'm in Gainesville!

The rooms are a little outdated, but honestly, that was the only real downside. Check-in was super smooth and friendly, and there's tons of parking right on site—no stress there.The hot breakfast was easily the highlight of my stay.qDefinitely worth getting up for. WiFi was solid—good speed and coverage everywhere I needed it. Room number signs are really small and you can't see it from far. Overall, great value for the price. You get a lot of nice perks without paying premium rates. I'd stay here again without hesitation!
Clean rooms. The AC unit in my room was awesome. Super cold. I actually had to turn it down. The bed was very nice. Decent quick free breakfast. Mainly dry goods. Bagels, toast, cereal. But it will get you by to start your day off. Very clean kitchen and eating area. The staff was friendly and polite. If you're in Gainesville for a UF Shands hospital reason then this is for sure the place to stay. It's only one mile away. Very affordable price, comfortable clean room, free breakfast and great location. Win Win!
